We collect your\nvisual and establishment \u2013 name \u2013 date data through CCTV and server room visit\nforms signed by your side for our legal obligation to ensure workplace security\nand the Company\u2019s legitimate interest. For the Company\u2019s legitimate interest\nand efficiency for technical support, we collect your voice recordings during\nphone-calls. Progresses during a technical problem and information relavent gathered\nfrom customer\/organization relationship are also beeing reported. firewall security devices\nmanagement, switch and router management, back up services; file back up and\nrestoration, image based management of server, monitoring, as requested. <\/li><li>Customer support <\/li><li>Sending e-mail to respond customer\nrequests <\/li><li>Informing customers regarding the\noperations to be conducted on their services and cabinets <\/li><li>Manual and online money collection\nand holding records of money transfers. <\/li><li>Relocation of the infrastructure\nin case of a natural disaster affecting Company headquarters <\/li><li>Logging the hardware given to or\ntaken from customers <\/li><li>Management of receiving\/sending\nprocesses of the hardware customers send. <\/li><li>Providing monthly, daily and\nhourly management services <\/li><li>Providing access permissions for\nnatural person customers, and representatives and employees of legal entity\ncustomers to certain areas of the company and ensuring company security. <\/li><li>Providing the customers with\nwireless internet they can use in the office quarters. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure certain\nprocesses required by law, especially;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Payment of stamp duty for sales\nagreement <\/li><li>Sending final invoice to customers\n<\/li><li>Fulfillment of customer return\nrequests <\/li><li>Preparation of invoice and note of\nexpenses <\/li><li>Organization of e-Archive invoices\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To provide a\nbetter service for you, to improve ourselves, to carry out marketing and\nresearch activities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Being able to assess customer\ncomplaints and provide support to customer requests <\/li><li>Achieving customer satisfaction <\/li><li>Promotional use, providing communications\nmaterial and improving brand recognition <\/li><li>Enrolling customers to systems and\ncreating customer account cards. <\/li><li>Updating customer information <\/li><li>Software development and\nupdates\/patches <\/li><li>Logging money order payments <\/li><li>Creating reports on various matters\n<\/li><li>Managing customer visits,\nattending meetings with customers, informing customers on technical subjects <\/li><li>Sharing communication information\nof representatives and customers (business card etc.) <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For company\nmanagement, continuation of work, application of company policies, especially;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ensuring workplace security <\/li><li>Managing customer visits <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise our\nright of defense against legal demands, especially;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Management of customer complaints <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We process your personal data for the\nduration stipulated by relevant legislation or the maximum time required due to\nthe purpose of processing and in any case for the duration of statutes of\nlimitations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TRANSFER OF TOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES IN THE COUNTRY<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Your personal data are occasionally\ntransferred to companies which are experts in their fields or to servers of the\nprograms we use in order for us to perform certain activities: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your name, surname, invoice no,\nsum, payment date, and first and last 4 digits of your card are transferred to\nservice provider banks for purposes of money collection, cancellation of invoice\nand money return. <\/li><li>For the invoice operations through\nFinance Department related data are registered via the Wolvox, Orkestra and\nZirve software. <\/li><li>Customer name, surname, Turkish ID\nno, tax office, country, city, tax no and contract sum may be transferred to\npublic accounting company in order to draft stamp duty statements and approve\ninvoices. <\/li><li>Only relevant personal data such\nas your name, surname and address are shared with courier company in order for\nthe invoices to be delivered to customers. <\/li><li>If the Company receives a police\norder\/prosecutor writ, CCTV and voice recordings are transferred to relevant\nauthorities to comply with legal duties. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, in order to exercise our right\nto defense we may duly provide your personal data to our attorneys and to\nrelevant authorities to comply with a duly notified legal order such as court\norder, Customer Arbitration Committee order or evidence request. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES RESIDING ABROAD<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In the case of receiving domain\nname service; name, company, address, phone, fax no and e-mail information\nrequested by Whois (domain name search engine) may be transferred to countries\nabroad which may or may not have sufficient protection. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOUR RIGHTS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As per Article 11 of the Law, after you\nverify your identity, you will have the right to be informed about;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>whether or not the Company\nprocesses your personal data; and if so, to request information as to such\nprocessing <\/li><li>the purpose of processing your\npersonal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose <\/li><li>whether or not your personal data\nhave been transferred to third parties in the country or abroad; and if so, to\nrequest information as to whom your personal data is transferred to <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, you have the right to request\nfrom the Company to correct your erroneous data and inform recipients of data\nto whom your personal data were transferred or may be transferred. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may request from the Company to\nneutralize (delete, destroy or anonymize) your personal data within the scope\nof the conditions stipulated under Article 7 of the Law. You may also request\nfrom the Company to inform third parties to whom your personal data were\ntransferred or may be transferred regarding your neutralization and\/or\ncorrection request. However, we will be evaluating which neutralization method\nis the most appropriate, or whether applicable or not at the time of your\nrequest. You reserve the right to ask us which method is chosen and why we\nchose that method at any time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may object to your personal data\nanalysis results, which were formed through a separate automated system, if\nsuch results are against your best interests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may request compensation for the damages\nthat you may have suffered due to unlawful use of your data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will respond to your requests included in\nyour application within thirty days and free of charge depending on the type of\nrequest. However, if the procedure requires an additional cost for the Company,\nwe may request the fee designated in the Data Protection Board\u2019s tariff under\nthe Communiqu\u00e9 of Terms and Conditions for Application to Data Controller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must submit your application\nregarding processing of your personal data in writing or via KEP (Officially\nRegistered E-mail Address) address, secure electronic signature, mobile\nsignature or the e-mail address provided by you to the Company and stored in\nour records. The Company may require additional confirmation (via sending\nmessage to your registered phone, phone call etc.) depending on the nature and\nmethod of your application in order to determine whether the application is submitted\nby you and protect your rights.
